Is the price per person?
No. $36 is the per-booking price for groups of 1–5 passengers anywhere in New Plymouth.
When will I get my pickup time?
Pickup times are coordinated based on your flight and baggage requirements. We typically aim for airport arrival around 75 minutes before departure for international connections, 60 minutes for domestic connections with checked baggage, and 45 minutes for carry-on only.
Exact pickup times are confirmed by 6 pm the evening before travel.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track incoming flights and adjust arrival pickups automatically, so there is no need to contact us if your flight is running late.
Can you take larger groups above 5 people and do you travel outside New Plymouth?
Yes, we can take groups of up to 11 people. We also service Inglewood, Oakura and surrounding areas. Prices vary depending on group size and location.
